We are looking for someone to janitorial work in 3 medical buildings in Roanoke. The pay for this job is $700 per week starting. We don't pay by the hour, but for reference, the time involved in this work roughly equates to about $20 - $22 per hour. The right person who shows they are reliable and does good work will be quickly rewarded with a pay increase. Qualifications: - Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred - In-person interview required - Must be reliable - Must be willing to adhere to dress code for Building 1, because this work is done while the clinic is open. [tan or dark colored pants such as khakis or chinos (no jeans, leggings, yoga pants or sweats), black solid collar shirt such as t shirt (this means no pictures or writing - a small brand name label is fine), closed toe shoes such as tennis shoes] - Must be able to pass a criminal background check to obtain a badge Here is a brief description of the work. Building 1: Work is Monday through Friday Day shift while clinic is open 4.5 hours per day Sample duties: wiping down waiting room chairs, dusting, restocking supplies, taking out trash Building 2: 7 days a week This is done late night or early morning when the clinic is closed. Clinic hours vary, but cleaning time is typically after 8pm and must be completed before 8am when they reopen. About 1 - 2 hours a day Sample duties: taking out trash, replenishing paper and soap supplies in rooms throughout, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming Building 3: 5 days a week, M-F. This is done between 5:30pm and 9pm. About 30 minutes to 1 hour Sample duties: same as building 2 If you like the work and are interested in earning more, more work of similar nature is available.
