So sorry for your loss - family of George Musser ! Maybe get on the news and do a public service announcement to remind young men and women going to the bar to wear proper clothing when it's bitterly cold out?
This should never happen! Minnesota is very cold in the winter! Why do so many young people leave the house to go out drinking and don't put on the proper clothes?
