This is Bella, she is 6 months old. Up to date on shots and spayed. She is deaf. I am looking for someone experienced with deaf dogs or time and attention to take care of her. A rehoming fee does apply. 350$ to assure a good home. This will not be fast. I will want to get to know you and your home environment. Located in Phoenixville Pa.
