TSWRJ proudly presents Women of the Bible: Rebels with a Cause -- an in-person Shabbaton, at Temple Sinai, on Saturday, January 21, 2023, 10 am to 4 pm, with Rabbi Hannah Goldstein and Cantor Laura Croen. Shabbat is a perfect time to participate in: Meet and Greet with coffee, tea, & a noshShabbat service - inspiring, intimate, imaginativePicnic lunch - boxed lunches with food options Program after lunch continues with teaching by Rabbi Goldstein about some lesser- known women of the Bible whose stories may surprise you. This will be followed by small discussion groups.Tzedakah Project - Assemble gift bags for expecting and new parents in conjunction with Community of Hope's screening of "Birthing Justice: Every Woman deserves a Beautiful Birth Story." Items will be provided, but you may also sponsor bags at $25 each.
