Join us at Hardwick Winery for a wine & charcuterie Pairing Experience! During this 90 minute experience, Wine Educator Missa Capozzo (CSW, WSET3, FWS) will present 5 wines within the Hardwick Winery portfolio paired with a variety of items found on a charcuterie board, such as cheese, meat, nuts, dark chocolate, and more, as well as teach the fundamentals of wine and food pairing. Each registration includes a flight of 5 wines and perfectly paired charcuterie items. This is a 21+ event. Please feel free to arrive early to purchase and enjoy a glass of wine, mulled wine, or wine slushee before class begins! ***SNOW DATE: In the event we have a snowstorm that creates dangerous travel conditions, this class will be held on Friday, January 27 at 6pm. You will receive an email the morning of the class in the event this class is postponed to the snow date."***
