We have curated a powerful group of women with significant investment experience to share what they have learned and we’d like to invite you to join us for an afternoon of financial empowerment. Utah Women Invest is intended for independent women who are driving their own investments. This mastermind group covers the ins and outs of all types of investments including real estate, stocks, retirement accounts, cryptocurrency, and even precious metals. We invite everyone to attend regardless of investing experience or expertise. This month's discussion will be led by real estate investing experts Jennifer Holmstead and Monique Higginson. When Monique was 21, she bought her first home at 7% interest. She was making $26,000 a year at that time and had to have her Father-in-Law co-sig in order to qualify for a loan. Now she owns six homes. Jenni's story started with an elopement that allowed for a family-funded deposit on her first home, a subsequent divorce, and a few roommates. Now she owns multiple rental properties that are cash-flowing and steadily building equity. Join them both as they outline the long road to real estate investing and how it's possible for anyone with a little ingenuity.
