What is a Dream Board? A dream board, aka vision board is a visual representation of your intentions and goals. Bringing it to life in a form of artwork to remind yourself daily to never give up on your dreams. We'll begin with a few writing exercises to help you reflect on what you'd like to leave in the past and ideas you’d like to bring to life. You’ll be supplied with the board, scissors, glue, pictures, magazine cutouts, vacation pictures, positive affirmations, stickers and plenty of visuals to choose from so you can put your dream board together. Bring a bestie or come alone with an open heart and kindness. At the end our hope is that you'll be filled with inspiration and positivity to keep moving towards your goals. Tickets: $30/person, limited quantity. Includes all supplies, snacks, and wine! What to Expect: - 120 minute Interactive Workshop - Breathwork: Breathwork is used to ground you, clear your mind and energy, so that your may be clear to set your intention. - Intention Setting: Setting intentions is the act of stating what you intend to accomplish through your actions. It's a commitment to what you want the journey to be about as you assemble your ornament. When you are intentional about something, your focus is in the moment: who you are, what you do, why you do it. Dream Boards are used to manifest wishes and desires. They are a way to bring your dream life into reality. It's all rather simple; when you assemble it, and reflect on where you see yourself daily, the board illuminates your intentions, and when you meditate on it, it releases a message and sends your energy out into the universe. - Gathering of your items for your Dream Board. - Assembly of Your Dream Board.
