Join us at SESSION in Plano for a great pilates class + mingling to connect with new friends! Tickets are $25-30. IMPORTANT INFO: • Please have attendees arrive 10-15 minutes before class. -Please create an account before class via the SESSION Pilates app: https://qrco.de/bcScFv. You MUST sign the mandatory waiver in the process of doing this to streamline the whole checkin process. • SESSION requires grip socks for all classes, but they will be gifting socks and water for DGG! • Pregnancy policy: Doctors do not advise that you try a new workout while pregnant. For that reason, we do not allow first-time clients who are pregnant. If you are pregnant and have NEVER taken class at SESSION Pilates prior to becoming pregnant, we kindly ask that you wait to take your first session with us until you are no longer pregnant. Our music-driven workout will have you moving from one exercise into the next, minimizing time wasted and keeping you in sync and focused on the workout. Using the Allegro 2 Pilates reformer, you’ll get the tailor-fit physique you desire, but more importantly you will experience 50 minutes of checking out of your day and into your body.
