San Diego!! Are you ready for a Dance Fitness experience?? Let's bring in 2023 at a pop-up Twerk Aerobic session. A Dance Style Fitness session - "Twerk" movements! High energy music! NEW YEAR'S DAY, at NIGHT! 6:30-7:30 pm Dance Fitness Session 7:30-8:00 pm After Party Social $15 per person EARLY BIRD RATE. No experience necessary: ALL LEVELS are Welcome! I believe we embody our femininity with movement. Dance helps devise creative feminine energy and inspires self-love! This session will embrace and exemplify natural feminine energy. The playlist incorporates music from all over the world; Hip-hop, Latin, Caribbean and Afro beats to help you whine di waistline and shake di booty! - Bring water! Knee-pads and a mat are recommended for floor stretches and sensual floor work movements that you will learn! - Light complementary refreshments and goodies will be available for participants to enjoy from 7:30-8:00 pm After Party Social Vibes. - The studio is inside the Outlet Mall Strip next to Victoria's Secret. There is underground parking or you may park outside of Target and go through the mall. I will be there 6pm-8pm.
