Absar Events Presents Bollywood & Bhangra Dance Workshop BOLLYWOOD WORKSHOP 7pm - 8pm Bollywood dance originated in India, around Bombay, in the 20th century and is dancing that we now see in Indian films. It is now popular all over the globe. In this 60 min session we will learn some fun bollywood moves and then incorporate them in a choreography on a bollywood song. BHANGRA WORKHOP 8pm - 9pm We use Bhangra as a vessel to help us stay connected to our culture. We've been given an amazing platform to spread Punjabi culture and hope to continue to do so for many years to come. Our 60 minute workshops focus on learning choreography from our most experienced teachers! We will breakdown steps into learnable sequences while also challenging people to become more comfortable with some of our more advanced techniques. So come out, learn a challenging routine, get a great workout, make new friends with similar interests, and most importantly, have a great time!
