Foster needed for about 2 weeks for 3 year old dog

I need a foster for a 3 year old dog for a few weeks until January 11. She is a medium sized dog about 60 pounds. Up to date on shots and is fixed. She is definitely a dog who does best outside. She had bad anxiety and can’t be left inside alone unless she is in a plastic kennel. I don’t want to have to take her to the pound so I’m just hoping someone can help for a couple weeks.
