This is Jasper! He is approximately 10 months old, and he is neutered and microchipped. He is also up to date on all shots and flea medication. I am very allergic to him, so we are hoping to find him a home where he will get more attention. Asking a $25 rehoming fee just to ensure he goes to a good home, he will come with some toys, treats, and a bag of his food for transition
