The problem with Jan 6th for the Democrats

The Democrats are recommending charges against Donald Trump for Jan 6th. That's fine, good luck proving anything, because real courts don't pay much attention to second-hand witnesses. Please allow me to list some of the problems Democrats will encounter if they actually want to take this to trial: The first problem is, if Trump goes to trial, there will be witnesses on HIS side, not just the Democrat side. Second, the ONLY death that actually occurred on Jan 6th was a protestor named Ashley Babbitt, an UNARMED white woman, and a veteran. The guy that killed her is a Black capitol police officer and he remains hidden and shielded. The court will want to know how many "feds" were involved, and how many of them were 'imbedded' inside the group of protestors. Other questions that will make Democrats squirm: Why did Pelosi refuse the National Guard? -- Trump signed for 20,000 additional troops for security and Nancy refused it. Who removed the barricades before the protestors showed up, and under who's orders? Why did the Capitol Police wave protestors INTO the Capitol building? Why do the news media and Pelosi's kangaroo court continue to OMIT the words 'peacefully and patriotically' as part of Trump's speech? Why don't they release "all" of the video footage from Jan 6th? Why wasn't there any defense or cross-examination allowed in Nancy's kangaroo court hearings? Why were certain Republican politicians not allowed to be on Nancy's committee? It may be Trump who goes to trial, but Nancy Pelosi, other Democrats, as well as FBI agents will have to answer these questions and more.
