Spotted a small black fluffy dog today (Christmas) in Centennial Park, Ellicott City. Spotted at noon. The dog was running loose, with no owner in sight, so I’m wondering if this is a lost dog. The dog was small, fluffy, all black, maybe a toy poodle or bichon frise or similar mix. The dog was running on the path at the south end of the park, between the office and the boat ramp. When the dog spotted people it ran into the wooded hill above this path. Sorry, I have no other info, it happened very fast. If this is your dog, good luck, maybe put some familiar food and clothing etc. in this area.
