If only Lincoln had had the foresight to jettison all the loser states when they tried to secede! America would be comprised of only intelligent, hard working people in what were the Union states. The confederate states today would be like Mexico, mostly rural and poor shitholes. Not that different than it actually is but they wouldn't be sucking America dry by stealing welfare money from hard working taxpayers in blue states.
