Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable - if you need to transfer a ticket - you will need to do it at least 48 hours prior to event via email or through the ticketing tool. Group Tickets - the purchaser of the group tickets will need to collect tickets for the group purchase - this will be the person who purchased the tickets on their credit card.
