Tonga Tim has had an all too long break from teaching us about spirit and tiki. So we are bringing back the Rumbillion! education series with his "Whiskey in Tiki" class. If you have not had the opportunity to participate in this before, you don't want to miss it! This special installment of our education series will walk you through the key types of whiskies, their histories, and the flavors you can expect from each. You will also learn how these spirits impacted early tiki and are making a growing presence in the culture. Our amazing friends at Heidelberg will join us for this special event, featuring some of the craft whiskies they bring to Ohio. We will enjoy cocktails made with these spirits, and also sample tastings of the spirits alone. And as always, whiskey brand swag will be free to all! Your ticket will get you three lovely cocktails paired with the recipes, and a reserved seat for the class.
