This two hour session is a semi-organized, open forum, practice focused event for all levels beginner to advanced. Whether you are brand new to inversions or you can hold a 10 minute free standing handstand we welcome you to come meet like minded people as well as learn and practice in a group setting. In exchange for this offering a donation of $5-$35 is suggested. Please venmo @SarahChristineDowell or bring CASH.
