Join us for a fun and challenging total body workout every Saturday morning at 9am. The class is designed as a timed circuit, where participants have a set amount of time for max effort exercise and a set amount of time for rest. The numbers of stations in the circuit and time alloted for the exercise and rest intervals may differ from class to class. This creates an exciting and challenging atmosphere as class attendees are made aware of this week's challenges on arrival.
