It's time for another Impact Wichita Leadership Event at the Distillery 244 in Old Town. We invite you join us as we learn and encourage one another. During the War on Terror, US Air Force Colonel Terry Williams served on a team that developed resiliency training for the military to combat spikes in divorce, PTSD and suicides. Comprehensive human resilience includes the physical, mental, social and spiritual domains, or pillars. There is no good model for human thriving that doesn't include all four pillars. Everyone reaches points in life where they find themselves at the upper limits of their capacity. We will study the art and science of human resiliency. Plus, work on a plan to increase our own, and those we lead's, capacity to thrive. Doors open at 7:00 and breakfast is served at 7:30. Event kicks off at 8:00.
