You will have an opportunity to use a variety of shop tools in this class as you will make your very own custom sushi board, complete with decorative feet to keep it up and off the table as well as a groove to hold your chopsticks and a well to hold a sauce dish. To complete your set – you will also shape your very own chopstick and then finish everything with a food safe oil. Just stop for sushi on your way home after class and you are ready for dinner.
