General Maintenance/Swimming Pool Technician person needed for large residential community in West Palm Beach. Facility maintenance/Commercial/Public swimming pool care experience preferred; however, we’re willing to train. General maintenance experience preferred needed for: plumbing, painting, general facility repairs, etc.

Immediate full-time position (5 days / 40 hours per week).
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance preferred; however, we’re willing to train.
Must be able to swim.
CPO/AFO preferred but not required light electrical work, basic plumbing, and knowledge of PBC health dept. requirements, helpful.
General Maintenance experience for repairs.
Valid Driver's License required.
Background and Driver’s License check required.
Ability to speak and read English required.
Neat/Clean appearance.
Non-smoking recreation facilities.
Bi-weekly pay and Direct Deposit payroll deposit.
Background check required: Must bring the following to interview: Driver’s license, original Social Security card and Covid-19 vaccination card (must be fully vaccinated).
Starting salary $16.00 per hour.
