DescriptionMake a date to spend a little time in our kitchen. You and your partner will work with a small team to create this flavorful meal that is inspired by French country cooking. You'll produce a simple salad with a surprisingly complex flavor profile; melt-in-your-mouth short ribs with a modern take on a traditional sauce from Provence; a cheesy layered potato dish that will become one of your favorites; and a classic, seasonal dessert.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine with your meal at the end of class.
