Description

On January 14, join Anahuacalmecac and partners; Gabrielino-Shoshone Nation of Southern California, City of Los Angeles Rec and Parks, CALFire, TreePeople, North East Trees and Audubon Center at Debs Park in planting 500 native tree seedlings in Ernest E. Debs Regional park. The day will be filled with planting and engaging workshop activities led by Native elders and community members from various Indigenous nations. Food will be provided for all attendees that pre-register on Eventbrite. Tools and equipment will be provided for volunteers, but feel free to bring your own. Please bring a water bottle and a hat, along with any other personal items you may need.
