We are on the lookout for a driven, experienced and organized business partner to join our start-up construction company. The successful candidate will support the success of our projects by utilizing their skills in leadership, communication and multitasking. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and supervising all aspects of the construction process. You should have a detail-oriented, problem solving mindset and be comfortable making decisions. You will be tasked with developing plans and datasets, monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with quality standards. In addition, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction. To be a successful partner in this role, you should have a degree in a construction-related field or equivalent work experience and in-depth knowledge of construction operations and processes. You should have excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills and have experience making decisions in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a start-up environment is a plus. I already have my general contractors license, insurance, and certifications that demonstrate proficiency. I am able to easily obtain constant contracts but I lack managing the labor aspect of the day to day activities of the business.
