Heats been shut off, can't afford to turn it back on

Virginia natural gas won't do a payment plan, they said they want the full amount owed before they'll turn my gas back on. I've already reached out to united way, regional housing crisis hotline, thrive, salvation army, etc multiple times and either get no response or told they can't help. I've been applying for jobs but also either get no response or told no. If you're able to help I'll send you my cashapp tag. I'm also interested if you know of any other organizations besides the ones I mentioned that can help, or know of anywhere that's willing to hire someone who can only work part time. Thank you.
