Rehoming 4 year old dog

This is Evie. Evie is a sweet mixed breed dog that was given to me very suddenly a few months ago. Our theory is that she's corgi/German shepherd. Evie adores children and loves to play with other dogs. Her history is mostly unknown to me, what I know is that before she was given to me by the woman who had her prior, she lived with an older couple down south. Evie has lots of energy, and loves to play, really, she'll go for hours. She's not spayed, but as far as I know, is up to date on her shots. She would not do well in a home with cats, as the reason she was rehomed to me was because the previous owner had cats, and Evie loves to chase. She is not off leash trained, so would need a leash/tie out, or a fenced in yard. There is a small rehoming fee for her as I want to make sure she'll go to a good home.
