Applicant will perform routine cleaning of assigned facilities including floors, offices, restrooms, break rooms and common areas. Applicant should have knowledge of methods, materials, and practices used in building cleaning and sanitation work, and the proper use and care of mops and other cleaning products. This position is approximately 5 hours and up per day, with a required start time of 5pm, Monday through Friday. We are hiring 3-4 applicants. Starting pay is $12 per hour. Must be a legal resident of the U.S. and be able to provide a valid driver’s license and Social Security Card. To be considered for this position, you must reply with your name, phone number and resume. +Regular attendance is an essential function of this job +Mopping and vacuuming all building floors +Clean and sanitize bathrooms and restock with supplies +Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves and refrigerators in break room +Clean and sanitize chairs and tabletops in offices and break room +Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas +Empty all trash cans and replace liners; clean receptacles as necessary +Clean glass partitions, window sills and window blinds +Maintain janitor closet in a clean, organized and safe manner +Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition +Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals +Report all safety and maintenance concerns to your immediate Operations Supervisor +Keep buildings secure by locking doors after completion of cleaning +Other functions and tasks as assigned +Maintain professional and clean appearance. +Must adhere to time keeping processes
