Production Line Associate- 2nd Shift Many Positions Available! 2nd Shift 3:00pm - 12:30am / 4:00pm - 4:00am OT may be required.  Pay Rate: $13.82 /hr. Location: Fort Myers, FL Experience: 6+ months  Description and Requirements: Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated and be willing to work in a team orientated- fast paced work environment.  This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards. Other requirements include: Positive attitude Ability to stand for 8 - 12 hours Available to work weekends and overtime Responsibilities and Duties: Work on a fast paced production / assembly line Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure accuracy, speed and efficiency. Ensure quality control Perform general production duties Observe and practice safe work methods Responsible for inspecting material before and after assembly Work in a team environment Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader.
