Moving back to a family home halfway between Dallas and Oklahoma City. Large estate on 3 acres, 12,000 square feet. Need a full-time butler, groundskeeper, driver, maid, and assistant. A small guesthouse is available for the right guy, could do live in, and include room and board. Very private, hardworking professional male here. Bossman looking for a guy that is versatile inside and outside of the house. Looking for just a few days for Fall cleaning or could do Permanent part-time and/or full-time. PULL WEEDS IN THE YARD AND KILL WEEDS GROWING IN CEMENT. HOUSECLEANING: LAUNDRY, WASHING AND FOLDING LAUNDRY, DISINFECTING AND CLEAN BATHROOMS, ORGANIZING KITCHEN CABINETS, CHANGING LIGHT BULBS, DUSTING CEILING FANS AND FURNITURE AND BOOKCASES, VACUUMING FLOORS AND FURNITURE, ROTATING CUSHIONS, MOP FLOORS, DISHES AND DISHWASHER WASH AND DRY AND REPLACING IN CABINETS, CLEAN REFRIGERATOR, AND STOVE AND OVEN TOP. POOL: CLEAN OUT SWIMMING POOL, SWEEP, VACUUM, ADD WATER, ADD CHEMICALS WASH DOG AND BRUSH COAT AND TEETH: IT'S HYPOALLERGENIC SO THERE IS NO DANDRUFF OR ALLERGY OFFICE WORK: EMAILS, SCHEDULE, ETC You will have to pass a drug test.
