You can expect to learn about how macros and micros work, what to really think about calories, what benefits you'll gain from focusing on eating the rainbow, and so much more. What a great way to support your new year resolutions, improve the long term health of yourself as well as your family, and find new ways to integrate healthy food into your everyday!
This class is suitable for middle and high-schoolers, but please do not bring children along.
