ABOUT TEACHER: Aniko Zsemlyeova is a mindfulness coach with a love for art and creative expression. In her work, she engages meditation, breathwork and creativity to inspire inner exploration. Besides mindfulness classes and workshops she also holds energy healing sessions. She has her own line of positive affirmation cards and art prints that are her expressions of joy. With all she does she hopes to inspire others to discover the immense beauty in themselves and in the world around!
