Attorney Logan Philipps of Resch, Root, Philipps & Graham, LLC will provide a detailed overview of special needs trusts, benefits, STABLE Accounts, guardianship and supported decision making. A special needs plan includes several components that can enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities. This program will focus on identifying these components and learning how to use them in the correct manner to maximize spending and saving opportunities, all without risking eligibility for government benefits. The YMCA ECRN+ will provide an optional children's play group while adults attend the family resource session.
