We will set intentions, have a journaling exercise and visualization practice. Please bring a notebook. Vanessa is a holistic health & wellness coach, NLP & hypnotherapy practitioner, and reiki II practitioner. She specializes in healing neurological symptoms through food & herbs as medicine, lifestyle changes, and mindset work - the emotional and the physical because she believes in order to fully heal you need to address the mind, body, and soul.
