Parkwell is a local parking operator with locations in or around the downtown area. We are looking for snow removal subcontractors to perform snow removal services at our locations. We currently have a large snow removal company that handles this for us, but have not been happy with them. As a result, we would like to bring this service in-house. Our goal in hiring a subcontractor for snow removal is to create a win-win situation for both parties. In cutting out the middleman, we can pay a higher than market rate for snow removal subcontractors. We are looking for someone who has… • Snow removal experience • Has reliable equipment – plow, spreader etc… • Can respond to storms 24/7 through April 2023 • Will agree to work solely for Parkwell. You may not provide snow removal services for any other locations.
