Do you find yourself at a loss in educating yourself about your body and baby care when it comes to preparing for your birth? Do you crave interaction and a fun, upbeat social environment when learning new things? Come and get all of your questions answered and meet other couples in the area going through the exact same things as you and your partner! My classes are always very fun, informative and build your confidence to birth your baby your way… Space is limited to only ten couples per month at a local pediatric office in Dallas and/or my second location north of Dallas.
