In this class we will be discussing the following topics: Importance of water, how temperature effects the brewing process, grind size, grinders, various brewing methods, coffee farms, how flavors of coffees coincide with the regions they are from. The latter half of the evening will be a practical where students may practice various brewing methods in the shop like V60 pourover and espresso pulling. There will be time for Q and A and opportunity to discuss all homebrewing questions with 309 baristas. All paticipants will go home with a 12 oz bag of 309's GTX beans to brew at home.
