Setsubun: Ehō-maki Sushi This is the Japanese festival held on February 3, meaning “seasonal division” and signals their first day of spring. The primary food on Setsubun is a sushi roll called Eho-maki. This special sushi roll is made with seven fillings, representing the Seven Deities of Good Fortune. So join us as we learn more about this Japanese celebration, and try our hand at sushi rolling.
