New Year's Eve Workout and Champagne Toast

If you haven't yet attended an ENDVR Base Camp, you are in for a treat. ENDVR Active Community is known for our creative workouts and our tight knit fitness community. ENDVR Active Community takes pride in creating the most welcoming environment possible. No matter your fitness level or abilities, you will feel right at home amongst family. We work hard to make sure you are not only getting a great workout but also meeting new people and having fun! This 60 minute indoor/outdoor workout will take you through multiple disciplines including HIIT, Agility, and Strength and Conditioning. Following the workout you will be guided through a Recovery Session to properly cool your body down. We'll wrap up the session with a champagne toast sponsored by Total Nutrition to say goodbye to 2022! Stick around after the workout for some light bites and free beer provided by 8 Elite Light Lager! We will also be offering free Sauna and Ice Bath therapy sessions. If you would like to try it out, bring a bathing suit and towel with you. You can shower up afterwards in our locker room. All levels are welcome. We will make modifications to the workout to fit your fitness level.
