So let's talk about smart goals, how to set them, how to reach them, how to stay consistent In them! Let's talk about what our fitness goals are for 2023, make actionable plans towards achieving them, and build an accountability community! Green is the color of healing, prosperity, growth, and rejuvenation. Wear something green if you have it (this is not a requirement - please come even if you do not have anything green)! If you didn't wake up with a a huge savings account you would have to continually add money to that account for it to grow. Same applies here! The daily food sacrifices, the weekly workout, the hours of recovery and sleep are all your daily deposits into your wellness and fitness account...and in 2023 WE GETTING MONEY! So wear something green, meet me at The Space 4.0 (downstairs) and let's plan to win the year together! What do I need: An electronic device (ipad, phone, laptop - also not a must but if you have one it will help).Something green - if you have it.An open mind, and a goal/vision for your year! Please think through and come prepared with one of each type of goal: A movement goal (ie. I want to deadlift 300 lbs, I want to touch my toes, I want to walk 20 miles per week)An aesthetic goal (ie. I want to fit into a size 12 pants, I want to have bigger shoulders)A nutrition goal (ie. I want to stop late night snacking, I want to eat 4 times per day, I want to cut back on chocolate)A habit you'd like to break (ie I want to stop chewing gum, I want to stop skipping my cardio)A habit you'd like to start (ie I want to wake up before 5 am, I want to drink my coffee earlier in the day)This is a networking event, please be prepared to interact with other people in a small group setting!
