Expecting Justice in collaboration with Bayview YMCA, VOICES4BIRTHJUSTICE, EMBRACE, and Black Infant Health is bringing mamas a day of ease, embodiment, restoration, reconnection, community, and creativity. There will be free childcare, food, massage, sound bowl healing, stretch class, dream space, candle making & creative writing. Mamas will have the opportunity to learn about the art & history of waistbeads, henna and adorn themselves. Mamas will take home useful tools & goodies that support their alignment. Mamas will also take home a $100 giftcard to treat themselves to their own version of wellness. We so look forward to seeing you! ♡♡♡
