We will provide self - care kits and talk through some great ways to physically, emotionally, and mentally love yourself. We will always let you know how AmeriHealth can help you next year. ****Free Self-Care Kits will be provided to those that register. ****Door prizes and giveaways to participants in person. ****Unsupervised childcare area is available.
