With 2022 coming to an end it is good practice to revalute, reassess and revisit all we have done within this year to get ready for the next! Two types of teas will be offered before getting started: Blue Magik: Great for relaxation, can help with bloating and cramps, no caffeine Anxietea: Great for stress and anxitey -BRING YOUR OWN MUG OR LOOSE TEA INFUSER BOTTLE; WE WILL PROVIDE HOT WATER AND TEA BAG (: With the collective that will be attending this event we will be: Creating a 2023 vision board that will include:- Setting realistic goals / describing goals in vivid detail -Acknowledge 2022 accomplishments - Writing affirmations -Getting really honest with our wants and needs AND habits we must leave in 2022 -YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH CONSTRUCTION PAPER! FEEL FREE TO BRING MARKERS, STICKERS, PENS ETC.. ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET CREATIVE WITH DO NOT LIMITED YOUR CREATIVITY! THIS BOARD IS YOURS TO KEEP AND REFLECT ON THROUGHOUT 2023! Yin Yoga: Allowing us to slow down time and bask in it-Movement is medicine, let's tend to our bodily needs -BRING YOUR OWN MAT.. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING A PILLOW AND/OR BLANKET FEEL FREE TO DO SO! DRESS COMFY! Sound Bath: Allowing us to balance our physical, emotional and mental systems to restore a sense of harmony felt from within- @Nurturedbynora X @Mayaoceann, will be collaborating on beautifully symphonized sound bath with use of different sound healing instruments including: Handmade Crystal Quartz sound bowlsChimesThunder DrumWah-Wah TubesCrystal singing pyramidRain StickTuning ForksWe are both very excited and passionate about spiritual well-being and are full of delightedness for all those who will be joining us in our second collaborating sound bath.
