Join us for a beach walk and hang with other pregnant friends in the San Diego area. We will meet at 1pm at Moonlight State Beach in Encinitas at the playground near the snack bar. You will find me sitting on a picnic bench on the beach side of the playground (near the showers). At 1:30pm we will take an easy stroll down to the beach and walk along the shore. Consider wearing flip flops so you can easily walk along the beach and rinse off your feet afterward. I will lead us through a brief grounding technique on the beach that can be applied during childbirth :) This is a casual event, new people join every time! I will give you a few suggested conversation topics and opportunities to connect with multiple new friends throughout the afternoon. ALL ARE WELCOME HERE!
