SUNDAY, FEB 5, 2023! 10:00am-3:00pm The Healing Heart Experience includes the following. Part I: Cacao Ceremony Cacao is an unfiltered and unprocessed chocolate drink that can be bitter, sweet, or bittersweet (quite literally). Cacao meditation has been utilized for thousands of years, originating all the way back to Mayan and Aztec traditions in Central and South America. Pure cacao is used as a heart opening medicine for people to safely experience awakening, revelation and inner healing. Cacao is used in a sacred medicinal ritual, where intentions are set and once consumed, euphoric states are unlocked, negative emotions are released, and we are able to connect to ourselves and the loving energy in our body. Transformational Breathwork® is a highly transformational and very powerful modality that activates the energy body and opens restricted breathing patterns. This allows us to clear the subconscious mind of limiting beliefs and thought patterns giving us access to higher states of consciousness. Part 2: Transformational Breathwork® Transformational Breathwork is a highly transformational and very powerful modality that activates the energy body and opens restricted breathing patterns. This allows us to clear the subconscious mind of limiting beliefs and thought patterns giving us access to higher states of consciousness. Alva will take great care of you! Part 3: Sound Therapy Sound Therapy varies in its techniques and mediums throughout the world. In the HHE event, you will be experiencing sounds from instruments originating in ancient indigenous and modern cultures that will create a space encouraging you to reach meditational states of being. These sounds resonate with the subconscious mind in a way that can bring up negative thought forms to be transformed, negative emotional patterns to be restructured, traumas to be released, and so much more. Science has proven that sound, or vibration, has a strong impact on substance. Cymatics is a phenomenal example of this and has demonstrated that sound creates geometric pattering in matter. Dr Masaru Emoto has proven that sound changes the molecular structure of water and even more importantly, sound changes consciousness. Part 4: Massage You will receive a 30-minute massage by a Licensed Massage Therapist during the Sound Therapy portion of this event. You will be fully clothed and on a massage table for the duration of the 90-minute vibrational alchemy. Massage and Sound Therapy on their own are very powerful modalities. Sound focuses on the mind and spirit primarily while massage focuses on the body. Most modalities only focus on the mind, body, OR the spirit. When you combine sound and massage, your body becomes more deeply relaxed through the massage, which provides support for your mind and spirit to dissolve into even more expanded levels of consciousness through the sound. Part 5: Grounding Food! At the end of the Event, you will receive plant-based and gluten-free food prepared by the Dunes Club Chef. The Healing Heart Experience is bound to take you to blissful states of consciousness which can be very transformational, but you may also find yourself slightly 'ungrounded' after the sessions.
