Join Darren Obong and Juliet Pham as they guide you through an intentional New Year's Eve ceremony. Through active breathwork, a water release ceremony, and an immersive soundscape through the healing vibrations of crystal alchemy singing bowls, we will honor our journey over the past year and utilize this awareness to set intentions for the upcoming year ahead. Through active breathwork we will help clear out our nervous systems to help shift our mind and body out of a state of Flight or Flight and into a state of deep awareness and relaxation. You will also be guided through a release and intention setting ceremony to help you align with the energy that you want to call into the upcoming year ahead. We will end our time together with a long restorative Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath.
