Description

We have puppies! Youths ages 7 to 11 are invited to help socialize the puppies in the care of San Jose Animal Care and Service for 30 minutes. Puppies need people! socializing puppies helps them learn good manners and be more adoptable when the time is right. We will host 3 "shifts" of seven children to socialize 5-week-old puppies from the same litter. Please be aware that puppies have very tiny and sharp puppy teeth. ACS staff will provide a brief orientation about the do's and don't of puppy socializing and play. Parent or guardian must remain on site during puppy social.
