Critical User Journeys (aka CUJs) is Google's approach to designing products that are both useful and usable. In this session, learn about why Google started using the CUJ framework and how you too can use them to build products that people want to use. Speaker Bio: Austin Dorenkamp is a Cloud Program Manager at Google where he helps customers get the most out of Google's Cloud Platform. Prior to joining Google, Austin worked as a software engineer for companies of all sizes ranging from 4 to 400,000 employees. Outside of work, Austin wears many hats including husband, landlord, and therapy dog handler.
