I need a trustworthy person to go take pictures and videos inside and outside of a property that I am considering purchasing. Qualifications: -Understand instructions well and execute them well -Understand how to take good photos on an iPhone/Smartphone (good light, good composition including the subject of the photo, no blurry photos, stable hands when taking photos) -Trustworthy (Someone who wants repeat business doing the same task for other properties that I buy in Evansville) -Positive attitude I need you to make sure to thoroughly capture multiple angles of kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedrooms, views from windows, balconies, basement, mechanical rooms in the mobile home, with all lights on. Make sure you have a flashlight with you to illuminate closets that don't have light switches.
