Dinner party server needed

My husband and I are throwing our annual. New Years Eve party in our home. We do all of the cooking, but I’m looking for someone to help with plating, serving, clearing, and cleaning, so we can spend more time hanging with our guests. We serve family style, so it’s really just taking platters to and from the table, sometimes cutting vegetables and arranging things. Guests are couples in their 30s and 40s. The party doesn’t get too rowdy, but some people do stay very late. The party begins at 9:30pm. I would need help from 8pm to 1am. In the past servers have stayed to eat, drink, and socialize. Because I’d be working with someone in my home, I’m more concerned with finding some who is easy to get along with and willing to pitch in wherever they see the need versus someone with a ton of experience but an unfriendly demeanor. I’m open to meeting in person before the event, or over the phone. I’m also open to someone who may feel more comfortable bringing a friend to work with.
